Case studies are a great way of building relationships with your trading partners and customers while raising your profile at the same time.
They can be as simple as re-telling how a project came together, how a customer's needs were met or how your day-to-day business works.
Case studies can be included in your marketing material or on your website. Alternatively they might be requested by publications or partners, for them to include in their marketing.
Putting together a case study is not a complex process, but it requires writing expertise and often interviews need to be carried out with those being profiled. Usually photography is also needed to illustrate the piece and give it maximum impact.
